I don't know where the person lived before that they would say that this place is good, but from what I've seen (and I've been here almost a year), this place is trash.

Granted there is a gate around the property, but take into consideration that the gate is ALWAYS broken. Cars have been broken into, someone was murdered, and there are sex offenders literally running rampant through the area. If you don't believe me, research the address and see just how many come up. It's ridiculous. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable. They do not listen when you call them for assistance, but merely cut you off and treat you as if you are a child. There is a list of items in my apartment that are still not functioning properly, but apparenlty that is not an issue to the management.

There is more guest parking than resident, trash is everywhere, and the noise is unbearable. Anyone who considers this an excellent place to live cannot have high, or even average expectations of what an apartment community should be. If it's so great, explain to my why an apartment community near a university has an outrageous number of vacant properties, especially since everything is going condo. Give me a break. This place is a joke. I cannot wait to move.
