They accused me numberous of times of having illegel occupants even when I never even had a friend of family member stay one night for months. The mangement is extermely rude, very unprofessional and just dumb --- ----. After living their for 2 years it progressively got worse due to losing 2 great assistant managers, Dawn the head manager of the apt. complex is the worst manager I have ever delt with at any business. She never handles any problems and is disorganized causing the resentients many problems that might arise. Also when I moved out of my apt. they charged over 700 for a 2ft x 1ft mark in the living room and never even notified me off it causing my credit to almost get affected. Do live there, the area sucks, suitcase city, cross-fletcher and these apts arn't any better compaired to what else is around there do to poor customer service and terrible management. Parking sucks, gate is always broken, they don't enforce things the say the will do and are extermely overboard about small things and don't fix the big things.
