I've unfortunately been liveing here for about 3 years now, and everything that others have written is totally true. There was a stabbing (and it was over a CD people)and the kids are totally horrible. When i moved in, it was the most quiet apts I had ever seen. In the beginning of 2005, I started to see the police there more and more. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management is all about La Raza (Please don't take this the wrong way). They only look out for the Hispanic residents. There are so many people in the laundry room that are not residents that the people who live there can't get the laundry done. The manamgement is very rude and could care less about the residents. The pool is filthy about 60% of the time and the parking is no where near adequate. It is my belieft that they don't assign spaces because there arent enough for everyone. NOW LET ME ALSO SAY THIS: This type of apt. is not for a mature person that can go somewhere else. This is for a college student who doesn't care about the noise or if ur in a situation like i was, where i had no other choice. The apts. are pretty large and most of the maintenace guys are very nice and considerate. But other than that don't expect much.
