Please don't ever move to River Garden Apartments! If you do it will be the worst mistake that you will ever make. Living there is like living in Mexico. The people have all kids of ignorant children running around making noise and distroying the property. The management staff could care less whether you have your air broken or dont' have any running water. The management would cut off your water without you even knowing it, because the waste overflows. It's a disgusting place to live! It's so badly managed that people's apartments are roach infested and rodents are everywhere. The office only cares if you pay your rent. The maintenance staff is so sick of complaints that they don't give a crap either. I'm very surprised that city enforcement has not shut the entire place down. I'm also surprised that immigration hasn't raided the place either.

The review in are not always right. I recommand that you see it for yourself. Yes there has been alot of office staff changing,but now there is a Manager that does care of the tenants. Her name is Tanya she is the manager there now if see the place now thye have made alot of improvement. The noise that was always outside is no longer thanks to her Yes Yes I do recommand River Garden What I don't recommand and I think that they should change is the Maintaince Manager He is not foing a good job his workers are fine but to me I think that a good manager must have a good Maintance Mager aswell
