NO SECURITY! WORST MANAGERS! But the view is nice...

I have lived in these apartments for two years,and at first it seems nice,beautiful and peaceful.But as time went on and many changes in management occurs things went to Hell!!!My daughter and I have been victims of two separate crimes(burglarize,car broke into,(2)and vandalism)management response:NOTHING!!Maintence has improved (before 5pm)after your own your own...But, they will tell the view..It's beautiful..BUT YOU CAN'T ENJOY IT,BECAUSE EVERY DRUG DEALER AND DOPE Fene AND SEX CRAZE TEENAGERS ARE DOWN AT THE RIVER HAVING SEX!!!The older residents live inside their apartments ,this is the last year for me and my family..Please don't waste your money,and safety for the view..

It is correct the manager that they put now is bad she doesn't care about the residents and she doesn't care to fix the apts as she have limit the maintence crew to limit of things to fix and yes it is true there are car theft at 100% increase and if you like roaches as your roomates then River Garden Apt is the place for you I would rcommand this palce to anyone Yes this is my last year here..
