This was the worst apt complex I have lived in. Upon moving in, one bathroom had damaged tiles. When they fixed them and had them painted, they told the contractor the wrong bathroom so we couldn't use either shower while the paint dried for two days.
One pool was filled w/ algae the entire year we were there.
And I kid you not, one of their employees, a female maintenance worker, tried to grab my throat. She woke us at 1 AM saying our a/c was leaking in the apt downstairs. When we refused to let her use our electric outlet, she came at me with both hands. The apt complex nor the property management company did anything. They never even reprimanded her and we were told it was because she had never had a problem before. We even had affidavits signed by neighbors that witnessed it.
Stay away, there are much better alternatives in that area. In addition, it took them two weeks to get our a/c fixed in the summer. They told us it was normal to have a $300 bill for a 2/2 in the summer.
