This apartment complex is slowing rotting from the inside out. I lived there for 3 years and finally moved out in mid-2003. For one thing, the tenants are very noisy. Don't expect a good night's sleep, and don't expect the management to do anything. The maintenance staff is completely short-staffed, and even the most minor repair requests will take about a week.
Crime is also a major problem. Although this is technically a gated community, the gates are never locked. There is also plenty of trash on the ground, which should tell you something about the tenants.
The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, the appliaances are OK, but trust me, you will never enjoy them. Stay away!
