Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Big apartments, spacious shaded wooded grounds, ample parking. On hillsbourough river. My only concern is that petty crime,(eg car theft) is relatively high in this area as there are several cheaper less well maintained complexes pretty close. Apartment interiors and fittings are not brilliant.

Extremely good vale if your looking for space both inside and out of your apartment.
