Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2005
It's too bad because this place was great when I moved here in 1995. I moved earlier this year. Yes I made it over 9 years!!
The appartments were bought 4 years ago and the management companies have changed every year. Because they change every year they always have the excuse that they are "fixing" what the last company didn't take care of. We had no actual pest control although it was always a month away from a contract. My dishwasher wouldn't shut off...even if I opened the door...In May of 2004 they disconected it from the water supply. I moved in March of 2005....the dishwasher was still broken.
