I am a resident here since 02/06, and although is still under a rehab phase, the community is very promising and the apts are very spacious. Yes, when a property goes into construction there are many inconveniences, but the reality of it is, that there is an immense improvement compared to what is was seven months ago, it would be an injustice to talk about all the negatives when there is so much positive going on in this property. For a long time (until 10/05) this property was probably the worst, but the new owner are putting in alot of effort, money and time to turn this one around. There are always issues that could be improved, but it is totally unfair to expect that all the issues that the community had will change overnight when a new owner comes in, the laundry were remodeled and had a/c installed, the pool was redone, there is a picnic area (which never existed before) The new management is working very hard to service all the issues existing, but unfortunately there is always people who expect for everything to be done instantly, when a new management comes in. This was nobody land before, now we have people who care about the community and I know that it will definitely be a positive community to come live in.
