WARNING! THIS IS THE GHETTO! I moved here before taking a good look around, the model is nice and the apartments are huge. But they never tell you about the "DARKSIDE" which is: in the back of the apartments there might as well be a sign posted saying "Welcome to the Hood - Killing, Fighting, Dirty, and Ghetto Neighbors Are all Welcome Here" I do not know why (and the leasing office admits) the front side of the aparments-Del Prado Drive- are nice and its a good area. But the Back!!- Bonita Vista Way- is a crime scene every other weekend. I have been here since December. A neighbor was stabbed by her live in boyfriend to death, another neighbor shot his girlfriends kids dad, and dont park your car here b/c I have lost a back window and had a huge dent put in the bumper.. all while my car was parked. There are 2 security gates OF COURSE the one leading to the back has only worked for 1 week since I've been here. But the one leading to the front always works. Bums sleep in the 24 hour laundry room, people jump the fence from the road and they have made a whole in the wire fence for the next door community to convienantly come in and out of. Community Control is a joke he rides by as guys stand outside all night and sell drugs as they smoke weed in the alleys between the apartments were the lights dont work! PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE THIS IS NOT A JOKE, THIS IS NO WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE EVEN IF IT WERE FREE!

I live here also and they are now accepting Section 8 applicants , which i hate to put them all in one category but the majority are not a joy to live around. By my building there is a ROOSTER!! YES A ROOSTER!!! Last I checked I was residing in the city??? The MGT said they couldn't do anything about the ROOSTER due to religious reason which I looked up later to be associated with VOODOO!!! Alot of the people are very dirty, sit on the steps so you have to step over them to get home, and throw trash everywhere. I just dont understand why would you want your living environment DIRTY!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE... YOU CAN'T SLEEP-IN BECAUSE OF THE ROOSTER, THE ANTS ARE ALL OVER AND THE SECTION 8 PPL ARE NASTY!!!

LOL, we use to live very close to each other then. Because that rooster was a problem! I had to pass by him daily and my kids where terrified of it and didnt play outside because of it! And the reason management didnt do anything about it, is because the lady in the office is friends with the Rooster Owner. Because I complained about the noise and coming from that same apartment that the girls "BABYS FATHER" kept coming to their house in the middle of the night LITERALLY ABOUT TO KICK THE DOOR IN POUNDING ON IT OVER AND OVER SCREAMING "I WANT TO C MY KIDS YOU ----- *&6%4$&78" This happened several nights a week for 4 OR 5 MONTHS! He was even threatening to shoot the windows out of her parents car and the nights she would open the door he would beat her up outside in PLAIN VIEW and in front of her parents that she lived there with and NO ONE WOULD CALL THE POLICE! When I complained to management she told me "OH NO I CANT BELIEVE THAT, THOSE ARE FREINDS OF MINE. I WILL LOOK INTO IT, BUT I DONT THINK IT WAS THAT SERIOUS!" Thats when I was convinced that RIVERVIEW is THE HOOD AND A DUMP FOR LOW LIFES N WILL ALWAYS B, SO I MOVED!!!!!

I live in Riverview Apartments as we speak NEVER move in here if you want to live in a peaceful place the office staff is horrible and they don't respond well to problems the grounds are horrible and full of dirty people all I'm doing is looking for a better apartment so I can move ASAP. DON'T MOVE IN THESE TERRIBLE APARTMENTS
