Im a student at USF and I just moved into River view. It is great here. Im away from my family, but the office staff has helped me and makes me feel right at home. I love stopping in the office for coffee and donuts. They have everything you need and I love the view from my apartment of the river, its so relaxing. My apartment is huge and I even have an area for my desk and stuff.

Do you live alone? Do you feel that it's a safe complex? Those posts about the back area being a crime scene would scare me right away from this place. I'm not planning to move until next year but don't know anything about Tampa. Since I'll be moving on my own, it's important that I feel safe.
