I have lived here for over 4 years. The only reason I stay is because the rent is cheap. The landlord does not like to replace ANYTHING in the apartment. A lot of times, you have to replace it or fix it yourself. There is a lot of loud music accompanied by children whose mothers don't seem to care if they sit on your car or in front of your door and make lots of noise. You can only live here if you are really broke, and that is my situation.
