They take section 8, but it's a scam as S8'ers do not recieve free parking in the rental agreement like other tenents. The different of $90 for S8'ers is negated by the $85 parking fee paid to the public parking lot behind Stanfords. When you ask to just forget it and pay for a Riverplace parking spot in front of your apartment - nope, can't do it. Is this legal' Dont' think so as the contract does not disallow obtaining a Riverplace parking spot later but I'd love to find out for sure how to stick it up their #$%^. Small claims' If anyone knows, please post.

Other than that, the staff are complete pricks, their tenant guide is BS. as the Aindustrial washers, gym and community rooms are only open 9-5 - no keys for S8'ers, we might just steal something, who knows...

I could go on and on, but what's the point, I'm stuck in the lease.

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ASSIGNED PARKING FOR SECTION 8 RESIDENT OR THOSE WHO ARE NOT ON SECTION 8. NO HAS A PARKING SPOT DIREDTLY IN FRONT OF THERE APARTMENT. YOU CAN DRIVE THE PROPERTY AND SEE THAT FOR YOURSELF. IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS I'M SURE YOUR SECTION 8 CASEWORKER CAN HELP THAT IS YOU YOURSELF DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE SUCH AS A PET OR SOMEONE LIVING THERE NOT ON THE LEASE.
