Very nice place. Right on the water. My biggest concern was noise and community. The noise is verry minimal. If I have my glass door open AND my neighbors are outside on ther patio then I here noise, othere then thata theres a very small amount of noise from upstairs neighbors when the move in. The Mantince staff is exceptional. Very fast.

WAS SORRY TO SEE OLD MANAGER GO. WE HAVE GONE THROUGH 3 SO FAR THIS YEAR (2007) STILL THERE NOW (2008) BUT GOOD NEWS THERESA IS GONE. LOOK OUT ANY APARTMENT PROPERTY THAT GETS HER.
