This was the worst place I have ever lived. Too bad I didnt know about this site or I would have made this comment long ago when I moved out (1-1/2 years ago). The sewer backed up all the time, toliets overflooded, management did not even clean it up, sewer water and toilet paper left to evaporate, ceilings flooded in bathroom whenever someone took a shower or flushed their toilet, windows leaked soaking floor. Air conditioner out, lights flashing and sparks coming from breaker box when i first moved in..couldnt get management to do anything hardly, had to call the fire dept. to have the breaker box problems fixed, fly infestation, one dumpster per several apartments, constantly overflowing and maggots and flies everywhere, need I go on...people partying all of the night every night couldnt sleep..beer bottles all over the parking lot, people fighting and screaming, music blasting all times of night...called police several times...I moved out one month early because it was disgusting and I couldnt take it any longer and they put me on the Florida bad renters list...the nerve of these scumbuckets...

Believe it or not at one time this place was a great place to live. But fast forward to this decade at add section 8 housing and what you have here is a ghetto with a bunch of apes running around robbing people and not working. If you don't give people a reason to work, this is what you get. Baboons with guns. They should go ahead and stop section 8 and make people work!
