I RECENTLY WAS TOLD THAT FINALLY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF RATH/HARPER WAS SMART ENOUGH TO LET THERESA RAU GO.
ONE YEAR AGO SEVERAL RESIDENTS COMPLAINED TO UPPER MANAGEMENT IN REGARDS TO THERESA ABOUT BORROWING MONEY FROM RESIDENT, ASKING FOR SCRIPT DRUGS FROM RESIDENT AND NOTHING WAS DONE.
THEY HAD A PREVIOUSLY MANAGER THERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. WHEN BEVERLY LEFT THEY WENT THROUGH 5 UNTIL THEY TRIED THE JOB ON THERESA.
I LIVED AT RIVERPLACE FOR 4 YEARS AND IN THE LAST YEAR I KNEW OF SEVERAL REISDENTS THAT HAD BEEN ASKED TO PAY THERE RENT IN CASH. THEY WERE WARNED NOT TO. BUT WHY ALERT UPPER MANAGEMENT ITS NOT LIKE THEY WOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING.
THE PROPERTY ITSELF HAS GOOD AND BAD POINTS, HOWEVER THE MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE WERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF THING.
UPDATE: IF YOU MOVED IN AFTER MARCH 2008 YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK WITH THE OFFICE ON YOUR DEPOSIT. HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT $600.00 DEPOSITS WERE BEING CHARGED BUT ONLY $200.00 WAS SHOWING.
IF YOU PAID CASH, HOPE YOU HAVE A RECEIPT.
THE NEXT TIME YOU SEE THERESA IT WILL BE A MUG SHOT ON THE SHERIFF'S WEB SITE.
