yes, i just moved into these apartments about a week ago, and already i have had so many problems, they don't want to fix anything, and i paid them 5 months in advance on the rent. my 2nd night here, my whole bathroom flooded, along with the other half of my house, due to the fact that all the maintenance men live on site, but not 1 of them was on call, so i couldn't get any help at 9pm at night. my bedroom window has been busted out since we moved in, they have yet to fix it, all they did was put a piece of cardboard up there. i signed the lease on april 18th 2005 and was supposed to be moving in on may 1st 2005, but they waited until may 2nd to even start on my apartment, they did the carpet and painted all in the same day within like 5hours. their paint job, is ridiculuous, they didn't even paint half of it. then on my master bedroom patio there is a big whole in the wall that they just patched with a piece of plywood, that has about 6inch nails hanging out of it, and my child can't go out there and play cause im scared that its going to fall down on him. they never even painted the baseboards, just overlooked them. then my master bedroom's sliders has no vertical blinds, there's only like 5 left hanging off. i have no shower curtain rod in one of my baths. and i absolutely would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!
