I have lived here over a year and I have never had more problems. Everything breaks down, they take there time and fix things when it's convenient for them. There is no emergency maintenance. It is totally horrible. So take it from someone who knows....don't do it!!!!!!!! I love children but the kids that live around here are a menace, I have never seen so many ill mannered children in one place. The adults are no better, they play loud music at all hours and you can forget about it on the weekend because you will get absolutely no peace. I hope my honest opinion can save you from a year of torment..don't sign that lease!!!!!
