This complex had the nerve to raise the rent over $50 a month and their customer service is the worst it has ever been. Garbage is always in need of being emptied, the maintenance people never do anything when they should, if they do what they are suppose to at all, maintenance people are unqualified handymen, office promises you the world but you get nothing, things takes weeks or even months to get fixed, the laundry rooms are always flooded and dirty and the washers and dryers are constantly brokens but they will take your money and the office will not give refunds and do not feel safe here. One good point I will be moving soon so there will be a vacant apartment come November. Good Luck if you move here.

DON'T FORGET THE LATE FEE ON THE MORNING OF THE SECOND. WISH THEY WOULD DO WORK ORDERS AS FAST AS THEY WANT MONEY.
