I bought a hous here about 10 months ago, and am already putting it on the market. First of all, the house only has a driveway for one car. Since me, my wife and my daughter all have a car, one fits in the garage, the other fits in the driweway and the third one is parked on the visitor's lot. The problem is that after 10PM there are absolutely no spots available at the visitor's lot! If you park on the side of your house or grass YOU WILL GET TOWED! My car was towed three times, and at one time they destroyed my front bumper, for which I'm still trying to get money for from them.
There seems to be a lot of parties going on at night. I'm quite often awaken at night by teenagers on loud motorcycles going around the block (2 AM !!!!) and what I suspect are wild college parties.
The staff here is very unapprochable. I think once your car gets towed you are put on a black list and by default they are just plainly mean to you.
All of the above and MUCH MUCH MORE has contributed to me putting the house on the market and wanting to sell it. This is like a prison, and I won't live here any longer!
