I, as did others, voiced my concerns about a hole in the fence leading to another neighborhood and the direct correlation to vehicle break-ins and theft. The management shrugged off my concerns with nothing being done. A year later and many calls from numerous residents, it finally got fixed. I don't think anything would have been done about it if I didn't call the national customer service number. I personally have seen the management get irate and belligerent with more than one resident. I am currently looking for a new place to live. It's a shame that this community has such poor administration. I really like the complex, but dealing with the manager and assistant manager is unbearable at times. Parking is also a nightmare, with cars being towed at random.
