Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
-Poorly managed property
-Nasty dumpster area/garbage overflows
-Poor parking lot lighting
-Beautiful landscaping
-Complex sits off busy street
-Pool area not well maintained
-Management allows numerous lease violations
-Not enough parking
-Cars race through complex
-Walls are too thin, will hear noise from all other apartments
-Overall comment: Dirty
