THIS PLACE IS LIVING HELL!!! First of all the management sucks. Those b*****s are extremely rude especially the manager. The hot blonde 21 y.o. chick was the only nice one but she quit because of the manager. Second this place is way too expensive for the middle of the ghetto. There is a gap in the fence in the back and the scum from the neighborhood behind the complex is always walking through the gap and running a muck. They break into cars all the time. So if you have a stereo just sell it now so you can at least get money for it before they take it from you along with shattering your windows to get it. Also they go around pulling the fire alarms all the time, at least once or twice a week, and there is a siren in every room that makes this defening sound that no human being can bear unless you are deaf. Another thing, this place is supposed to be gated and that is a total joke. The gate is always broken, and you'd think they would just keep it open...WRONG!!! You pay $35 for a gate remote and the gate never opens and locks you out all the time. Their computer system randomly deletes people out of the system so they cannot use their code or their gate clicker. I have been stranded unable to enter the complex several times after a long days work. The worst part is once I get my code back into the system there many other people that are always stuck because their gate clicker is not working and the long line of cars is preventing anyone with a working code from even reaching the gate to open it. The long line of waiting cars always back into a busy Hillsborough Ave. The worst is when you are the last car in the line that gets stuck blocking traffic getting the horns blasted at you. This is by far the most incompetent management staff I have every encountered. When I went to the office to complin about my clicker they were watching everyone in their misery and laughing, not lifting a finger to help open the gate and they knoew full well that everyone codes were wiped out of the system. Another thing is all the college parties that always go on and beer bottles everywhere, broken glass always covering the parking lot. Every weekend there are always bottles all over my car and I have almost gotten into many fights with these 50 Cent wannabes but they did not want to jeopordize their parole. This place was nice when I first moved here but it slowly turned into a living hell. Take my advice do not live here.
