first of all, i have no idea what these other tenants are talking about. this complex is the best by far that I have seen here in our location. I will say we have had problems with the gates here at the complex about them being open and not working properly, but they always get them fixed. I have never had a problem with my code and if your having a problem with the clicker, return it back to the management office and they will give you your money back, so don't cry about a none working clicker when you can just use a code to get in. And of course your gonna get into a line to get into the complex, most of the time its at like 5pm when EVERYONE, is arriving home from work.

I have never had any problems with noise, parties, glass on the parking lot, or beer bottles anywhere, actually its pretty quiet here. Me and my husband take walks around the complex at night and we walk around the complex about 2 or 3 times a week and never have we seen any problems of noise or people hanging out by the cars or in the parking lot. Or of any loud "college parties" going on either.

Yes there have been some breaking too of cars, but guess what if you look at all reviews here at this website you will see that the majority of them have reported that happening in areas of where security is tight, why because no matter where you live it's GOING TO HAPPEN. Crime is everywhere, and here its at a minimal, its not like a car gets broken into every night or every week, if anything if i had to count since i lived here only 3 cars have been broken into and i have been here for a year.

The management staff if your not rude to them, they won't be rude too you. Thats the way it works, to get respect you must give it first. The women that work in management are there to help you with any problems you have, and are ready and willing to accomidate you in any way possible. They are wonderful women, as for the 21yr old blonde that used to work there, she doesn't work there anymore is because she was a ditz and had no idea what the hell she was doing there, she barely lasted 4months working there.

The community's appearance is wonderful now than it was when i first moved in. I mean i can't complain on how it looked before, just before a lot of the grass and shrubs were a little too soaked from the sprinkler system. but now it seems as if the maintence guys are working everyday to keep this place looking good. Always cutting the grass, cleaning the side streets and parking lots. And yes the garbage compactor sometimes gets backed up, but thats the residences' fault not management's. If the residences' that live here weren't so dam lazy as too open the trash compactor door and throw there trash in there we wouldn't have a back up. I have to agree with the other lady, that i feel bad for the maintence guys that end up having to clean all of that up.

Yes we have very paper thin walls, so what' Who doesn't'! Unless you own a home, any apartment you go too its going to happen. I can't complain, my lease is up in a month if the rent wasn't going so sky high I'd actually stay but I can't afford it anymore, but even after I move I plan on recommending Archstone Rocky Creek.
