OK, especially for the area

If you are going to live in this area, Archstone is pretty good. It looks very nice, as far as landscaping and buildings are concerned. There is a problem with people not being able to use the trash compactor properly, and the gates were broken for a while, but the management has been helpful and courtous.
My roomates car was one of the ones crushed by the tree that fell. Archstone payed not only for his insurance deductible, but also paid the insurance company for their costs and paid for a rental car for nearly two months while his car was fixed.
