The quality of this apartment community is not very good. I moved in a little under two years ago and while it's not been the worst place I've ever lived, there is better value out there.
Some issues that I've had at Archstone (now Rocky Creek):

Overflowing dumpster. (not much recently but it used to be a constant problem, now it pops up every once in a while)
Car break-ins (15 cars just got broken into in one night. The thieves sneak in to through the back of the property. DO NOT keep your GPS or satellite radio in the car window!)
No enforcement of trash rules (many of my neighbors leave their trash bags sitting in the walkways)
Reports of gun fire in the parking lot
Someone pulled a fire alarm a few nights ago and the residents of one building had to stand around listening to ringing and waiting for the fire department to show up and turn it off
