Now I know that this may seem a little insensative, but I have to say that after pulling into my apartment after a long week at work.....I was not thrilled to see yet another group of 20 tenants squeezing into yet another apartment. With pacifired kids in tow, Rocky Creek Apartments invites yet another potential over populated family to add to the already overcrowded community. As I exited my car, the all too "newly" familiar tones of screaming across passageways in languages unknown to people (conpadres) 50 yards away really was not the ideal way to begin my weekend......but what can I expect at this point. Now I can look forward to yet more no parking spaces and oversized conversion vans taking up two spaces or parking in handycapped spots without decals. But hey, why should we be surprised, I mean the leasing office is more concerned with policing bags of trash outside of our doors for more than 5 minutes moreso than properly screening tenants moving in. Occupancy (quantity).......not quality. I encourage all that are in search of one great big block party or "batista" in short, to come to Rocky Creek. Maybe the beautiful tone that flanks Hillsborough Avenue can reflect "Party Living" opposed to the misleading "luxury living" that it currently advertises! Jesus, will a credible Management Company please purchase this property! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

i hear the frustration in your voice. we no longer live there, but.. i can offer you my thoughts. think about forming an apartment feedback committee. get a camera and take pictures of incidents. there are, im sure alot of interrested tennants that would join your team. google the renters rights sights 4 help. some times...killing people w/ kindness..still gets the job done!! sorry 4 your headaches..i shared the same problems 1 yr ago. you know...if they r still owned by gables it is a lrg corp...go to the TOP!!!!!! sincerely t
