Shortly after moving in I was concerned I may have made a mistake signing a lease. The once friendly office staff now seemed annoyed with your presence; A 4am encounter with stangers in my hallway; My neighbors music sooo loud I could here the words to the songs...Then things changed drasticly. The new manager came on board and changed the office staff, started notifying residents when they were intruding into others space, and life has been 100% better. It is a joy to go to the office and see smiling faces, share a friendly hello with a neighbor, feel safe when on the property walking the dog. I just renewed my lease for an additional year. Also, I love my apartments kitchen.

I am going to say that you are delerious! Unless they changed Mgmnt again.....which is very probable, I seriously doubt that it is the "wonderland" that you make it out to be! I moved from there 6months ago after residing there for 2 years and I assure you, the staff that was running that dump is no award winning team! Better yet, I would almost say that they would better serve public housing. Please forgive me if there is a new sheriff town .....but your props of this place seems very hard to buy! I advise any potential tenant to check out ALL of the reviews; be informed!
