I've been here for 2 years too long the managment s_cks if you need something fixed you will have to wait a min. of 6 months after you complain every week the water is always getting shut off sometimes for up to a day the owner only cares what the outside looks like not the inside plus managment will steal stuff right off your porch, new managment company just took over and fired everyone ( they did no work anyway ) and now they are changing peoples locks with no notice when they are home how messed up is that! I am moving out the end of this month thank god and i know they are going to keep my deposit so i;m gonna give them a reason to keep it lol dont move here a trailer would be a better choice all this place is is a overpriced piece of sh_t apartment with an a_shole slumlord

Yes I agree Rose Tree Crossing is worth a piece of Sh**. . Management has taken rent money from us and didn???t document it. We requested receipts but were told there were no receipt slips. Now, at the end of the month new management has given us a three day notice to pay rent or deliver possession. . I was told that I could not get in contact with the owner. . The big problem is there have been so many issues going on in the complex and management and there is no way to contact the owner. But my lawyer sho would! From the time we moved into our apartment there have been problems concerning me and my family safety and health. Meanwhile, as the days went by things weren???t fixed, nor attempted to. Such as, kitchen window has a crack in it, no window screen on it nor lock, sliding door is hard to open and shut because of rust and it???s not lined up right, the blinds for the sliding door needs to be replaced, the linen closet door has always been off the hinges, also the closet door in the second bedroom, problems in the master room bathroom, only two aisles on the stove works, the oven has been burned and dirty since we moved. In it was a burned cooked long pan that smoked the whole apartment when I first moved in. Also, every now and then the faucets shower, and toilet water comes out a brownish color. I???m scared to drink or even take a shower. And talking about being scared our first week our apartment had a search warrant on it, my whole apartment was search by the sheriff department with Meanwhile, as the days went by things weren???t fixed, nor attempted to. During times while cooking, watching television, and even important things such as class assignments, I once missed out on a job opportunity.Until this day we never had heat.
