this place sucks! Piss all up in the hallways. I try cleaning with clorox; for what the a*holes that live here like to live like PIGS with the urine. Trash everywhere. They don't cut the grass. They refuse to fix anything. I have even changed lightbulbs in the hallways for my own safety. You better off living in your car, or under a bridge. OH YEAH THE OWNER IS A SLUM LORD who really don't care about anyones quality of life except his own. This place looks like a by-the-hour motel anyways.

This place does not suck! The hallways get dirty from time to time just like any other community. They are maintained on a regular basis just as they should be doing. The grass I am looking at is definetly being cut on a regular basis. They have made repairs to my apt. as I asked at least since the new management arrived. The hallways where I'm at seem to be lit just fine. I don't see how your car or a bridge would be any better. Don't you think your being a little too harsh?? Never met the owner so don't know? And a by-the-hour motel, come on ... my lease is 12 months just as yours probably was!! Anyway, enjoy your condo ...

i dont know when you moved in there but yes before the new managment took over the place did suck i know i lived there for 2 years yes there was piss everywhere the grass was cut like every 2 weeks the walls were thin i could hear my neighbors and yes the owner is s scum bag and yes it looks like a run down motel from the outside 2 front doors in the 2 bedrooms wtf is that and about fixing things read my review nasty place to live
