I lived here Dec 06 - Oct 07 and after I moved new management took over - but this place was nice when I lived there - it depends where your apartment is - I stayed on the first floor, 1 bedrm bohemian - and I had a huge patio with a screen door that overlooked the most greenery the complex has - and back then at night there were 2-3 rabbits that hopped around, but I'm sure they're gone now that there's construction going on across the street. The water did get shut off I'd say every 2-3 months, but it wouldn't be for long - just a couple hours.

Great things: big a$$ bedrooom in the bohemian model!!, very nice, big kitchens newly remodeled, and a huge, long bathroom with a sliding door that takes you through the walk-in closet in the bedroom. Also the huge back patio, and the larg walk-in closet in the bedroom. Plenty of storage - 2 sections out back on the patio and a storage closet in the hallway and huge linen closet in the bathroom. Also within walking distance to a gas station in case you need to grab something quick. In my unit, the walls weren't paper thing - my neighbor had 2 loud toddlers and I never heard them, and I'd blast music and no one would hear it. The cheapest rent without getting too ghetto!

Bad things: water shut off because they use their own well, sometimes the dryers were out of order, no lounge chairs by the pool, some people who lived there were a lil ghetto and be loud or yell out in the open space out back - also a/c froze up sometimes because it was so old. Also, no w/d hookups.

I moved to live closer to work and my rent is $200 more.
