I lived at royal Oaks before it became royal oaks! and I was excited to hear new managent was coming! They painted it so purty....put beautiful flowers, got a new maintenance staff and office staff besides Jennifer( she was the new girl with cimarron)We(the residents) were so excited!! Big changes! So we thought! Jo was the manager and Jen was the assistant I think(if she wasnt she should of been- she was the only 1 who truley cared about the residents!) Any who! things were getting better! less crime...more security...and then jo left and some spanish chick came in...before you knew it she was gone and this lady named Cindy Walters came in as the manager! She is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things started to go down hill....then they brought Jo back to be cindys side kick! Jo did great....Cindy ha-ha! she lived on oroperty very near to my apartment...I didnt have to watch soap operas I just had to watch her life! sleeping with different residents..even married ones and drunk in the parking lot at all hours of the night, Next thing you know the best part of management staff was Gone...where did Jen go''' Since this property has gone down....They need to get rid of cindy and all her drama and bring back jo and Jennifer to run the place...paul too...he was cool and the little girl that lived on proprty and was pregnat..her name is to hard to remember but NEVER EVER live there until Cindy is Gone,she makes it worst and she is rude and dirty and even smells i dont think she baths!So if she cant take care of hwerself how can she take care of a 400 uniot complex!!!
