These apartments are one worst in Tampa. I'll begin by telling that if you don't like roaches then this isn't the place for you. Roaches are everywhere, no matter how much YOU spray they will keep coming back with a vengeance. The reason i capitalized you is because they do not spray for pests. They'll tell you that they'll put you down on "the list" so they can come and spray and no one ever shows up. Second thing I am tell you about is water damage. Water will continuously leak from your ceiling out of nowhere and when they come to fix it they will only paint over it. You'll have water all over the carpet with an apartment smelling like crap. Third thing I'd like to mention is how timely your maintenance requests are heard. You put in a request on a Monday and no one will be out to your apartment for about two weeks and that's after you have constantly called down to the office for service. Finally I'd like to tell you about the sorry security guards that patrol the place at night. All they do is hang out over by the side of the office and do nothing. I have even seen them hanging around crowds in the middle of the night that have there car stereos blasting keeping everyone awake. Cars are still stolen and apartments are still broken into while they patrol the grounds and keep in mind these are armed guards who do nothing all night. You are better off calling the cops and waiting for them to arrive before this sorry guards do anything. Don't even bother inquiring about thiplace. You are better off living under a bridge!!
