IF you thought of moving here stop , dont do it , you think the rent is cheap, well you get what you pay for , here a man been dead in a green alge pool, infested pool. a stabbing of a juvinile and home to a local gang called the tc boys . you can find heroin, crack an cocaine here . the managements are good friens with your local drug pushers and get the freebies , ive seen it . also the apts the rugs are discusting , gross ,unsanitary, roaches everywhere, waterbugs and mold is common . pipes are old and you will have a battle uncloging the sink toilet etc. maintanence is horrible takes two weeks and when they do , they open your apt without your knowledge and walk around your house. the lowest class of people you have live here , you get three druggies split the rent and party time.my car was broken into 3 times . and the csi security well the last guy was caught smoking pot with the crew the OWNS the playground at night .A lady by the name of diana sleeps with married men. and yoou have people that are not actually on the lease living there with charges from burglary to rape . please if you want to come here dont if you have children you will loose them in the ghetto. you find crack heas walking at all hours of the night . remember you get what you pay for . ohh and p.s they watch you neighbors.and about 200 pitbulls and ---- everywhere not to mention 60 year old buildings.

It's to bad that you are a bitter person, I have lived here for 5 1/2 years, my apartment feels like home. I do a lot of things to my home to keep it maitenance free, if you take care of your place you won't need to call maintenance. The Staff at Royal Oaks have always had the out most respect everytime I walk in the office and see how they interact with customers. Sure there has been changes and sometimes it does not work out, but since Paul & Jo are working together again what a differance they have made. I can see they they picked up from where they left off. I remember the first time I met Jo & Paul they kept telling the residents to give them a little time and they would make difference and they really have made a difference, this is no longer Cimarrons this is Royal Oaks! I personally check to see if their are child molesters living here, if they are they are not registered, that is not the fault of Royal Oaks. I know they do background checks, they cannot help that their are people that move in their criminal friends. I am glad they have CIS here, they are a reputable company that looks out for our community. If they leave it's because of promotions, they are milatary guys and gals that have served our country and take there jobs serious. Some people think they a rent a cop but they are not. I am sure they have more talent then the person who wrote this comment, CIS has always greeted me when they see me, I have also watch them from afar and I don't see what you see and trust me I am out there alot. I am very HAPPY to be a rersident at Royal Oaks. For those of you that are reading all these reviews, please stop by the office and meet the staff, no place is perfect but this place has definitely changed from the Cimarron days. It doesn't matter where you go there are always going to have ups and downs. I would like for you to call the sheriff department and they will tell you that this property has changed so much since Royal Oaks took over and the owners takes a lot of pride to take on challenging properties to make a difference, I am one proud resident that lives at Royal Oaks and will continue to leave here for as long as I can.
