its funny but the last comment as left by managment problebly paul or joe in the office.The thruth of the matter is i currently live here in casita court, and i have to say that this place has no improvements,at all.There is crime here and drug activity at all hours of the night,just sit and watch theres always someone walking around high! as far as the place its gross theres more dog poop then grass and thats the high lite. Royal Oaks is not the place to go even if you think by saving a buck its a good idea its not this is the HOOD of town and country . the apt are roach infested along with ants and the pest control will enter your home without you being there, till this day i still cant find my ipod.There is a group of hoodlums that hang out at all hours of the night and security is a joke, theres a new guy here all the time either they quit, got into a fight or got caught smokin pot with the boys , remember these guys only make 11.00 hr would you risk your life in this hood for that amount i wouldnt soo dont move here, especially if you have kids, theres rommers of peepers that live here and swap photos. its written in the laundry mats , nasty . im soon to live here and there are no college kids living here , only bums and really old people. Look away and remember if its a positive comment its because its coming from the office....drugs, violence,poop,roaches, mold,crack,thugs,ghetto look away!!!!!p.s there are lots of pitbulls and boxer dogs=fleas...
