Poorly insulated; Large utility bills; Apartments are "hothouses"; Complacent, condescending, contemptuous, anti-tenant Royal Parc management sentiment towards its tenants; Management never answer the phone during normal business hours and they never respond to the voice-mail messages tenants leave when no one answers the phone; No sound insulation, resulting is loss of privacy; As though the walls and doors were only made of screens; All wood floors squeak badly; Swimming pool frequently closed on hot summer weekends; Cars frequently towed away for no valid reason and with no notice (lease says no notice required); Lease is absolutely outrageous ... for example ... vehicles can be towed with no notice whatsoever merely because they are deemed to be "offensive, unsightly, unpleasant" ... Vehicles which "could reasonably cause embarrassment, discomfort" can be towed without any notice whatsoever. So what is an "unpleasant" vehicle' What is an "unsightly" vehicle' What is a vehicle that could cause "discomfort'" What is a vehicle that could cause "embarrassment'" What is an "offensive" vehicle'
