Now "Royal Parc" - Building construction is very poor. Noise from outside and adjoining apartments passes right through the walls and doors, destroying privacy. They are trying to make the superficial things on the outside look attractive, to attract more tenants. But no meaningful apartment improvements. Utilities bills very high because of poor insulation. Management low-balls rent to get people into an apartment, then jacks-up the price for renewal. Management Unfriendly and Unhelpful. They're bright-eyed, cheery and friendly until the lease is signed. Then they get ugly. They towed away a lot of tenant's cars when they were legally parked. I do NOT feel safe and secure here. Management is always haranguing the tenants. Cars get vandalized. Drugs are sold openly in the parking lots ... dealers in and out like ice cream trucks, honking their car horns at all hours ... for users to come get their "goodies."
