Royal Parc is the most malicious apartment complex I have ever seen.

Constant hassles and harassment over parking; cars repeatedly towed away for no legitimate reason; constant hassles and harassment over the number of vehicles tenants have, over where they can park, over vehicle plates and registration renewal tags; constant hassles and harassment over the use of the pool; pool frequently "Not Open" during the hottest months; pool not properly cleaned or maintained; malevolent management.

These morons will tow your car in a heartbeat, simply because you are a day late putting the vehicle registration renewal sticker on your license plate . . . . EVEN THOUGH YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL IS CURRENT AND VALID.

If you want to "marry" a landlord that is a complete malicious, moronic prick at every turn, then this is the place for you. If you want to live in constant fear and apprehension about what malicious stunt Royal Parc will pull next or if you want to live in contant fear and apprehension over whether your car has been towed away for some mindless, pointless, illegitimate reason, Royal Parc is the place for you.
