well we have new owners, the maintenence still is slow and lacking, unless you have flooded 2 apartments then they respond quickly. and at times it takes the maintenence supervisor(who is not there but 1 time a week) to get things fixed. the office has improved. they seem to get the work requests and are acturally in the office durring office hours. even though one need to wear longer shirts to cover her belly fat. but other than that there is a small amount of improvement showing. my lease is up in 5 months so we will see how it goes.
