There is a new sheriff in town at Royal Parc. I've been a resident for a couple of years now, and things were definitely at their low point during my stay.

Thankfully there's new management in the community now, and they're working hard to correct all kinds of issues. From my own experience, they were willing to listen to my requests including some issues I had on my lease agreement and come to quick compromise. They've also started correcting a lot of the issues I've read on this site under other postings - a fact for which I'm sure all the residents in Royal Parc are grateful.

I do need to say that the community isn't perfect. No community is, and Royal Parc has some hurdles ahead of it. But I think they have the right people to make the changes, and it's no longer a question of if things will get to 'excellent' but a question of when

I think Management people are nice to some residents.But not aii regidents. I don't like office worker's attitude from the biginning to until now.They don't even smile when I go to pay for a rent every month, and I never see Manager inside & out side of office until now. I asked to fix one thing 4 month ago I kept asking 5 times during these 4 month, and they are not responding until now. I'm planning to move out,because I have to protect my kids.I am tired of ASKING to MANAGEMENT.
