IT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
ROYAL PARC AT FIRST WAS A VERY COMFORTING ENVIRONMENT BUT W/ CHANGING OF STAFF CONSTANTLY AND CHANGING IN MANANAGEMENT IT BECAME A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. THE MANTAINENCE DO NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER, SECURITY IS NEVER AROUND, THE GATES ARE NEVER CLOSE (AS MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT) AND THE LEASING AGENTS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.
