Whatever past issues I may have had, I am very happy with the current changes that have been made. The gates are finally working. The kids are under control. Whether thats due to the security officer, cameras or the office, I don't know and I don't care. I'm just enjoying the peace and quiet with my very lovely neighbors. And they finally have a maintenance crew that knows what they are doing and fix things fast. And not just fast but they actually fix it right the first time.
