Lets see where do I start.....first of all this is my first apartment lease ever. I am in the military and let me tell you Equity Management company offers some of the best military benefits to live in their communities. Such as no security deposit, no application fee and 7% off of the market rate for your apartment, and no credit check you are automatically approved. When my girlfriend and I visited this community we were shocked to find such a beautifully landscaped area right off of Dale Mabry the grounds seem to be very well taken care of. The folks who worked in the leasing office were more than helpful and extremely polite. Move in was a snap and my one bedroom apartment is absolutely beautiful. The community is only 8 years old so all the appliances are like new and the carpet was extremely clean. I live on the third floor so my apartment has vaulted ceilings which is very nice, it makes everything seem like it has so much more room. This community offers all the amenities anyone could ask for except for maybe a 24 hour courtesy officer, but the community is in a good area. I've never heard of any car vandalisms or anything here. I've never had to call maintenance so I couldn't say how they are at fixing things. The only down side to this community are first come first serve parking(however I've never had a problem with parking). If you want a wonderful community that is quiet and polite and courteous staff this is the place for you.
