Great place with one problem

I moved in a few months ago and I think the apartment and the people that live in the complex are great. The one thing that worries me is the hole in the fence that lets in the people from the complex next to it. The complex next to Sabal Palms went section 8 recently meaning a lot of bad people moved in. I haven't heard of any theft yet but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. If it does it probably has happened in the apartments by the hole in the fence. The office did say they are looking into it but that s all they said. I do know that putting but a solid fence would cost a lot of money and the office can't make that decision. That would be a corporate decision. For all of us who live in there we should tell the office that a new fence that can't be broken into needs to be put in. If enough of us say it corporate will have to do something. This is a good apartment complex and it's to new to go downhill because of the bad complex next to it.

Something to add to my post above. I did live there for 13 months before I bought a place of my own. My experience there was pretty good for the most part. What I saw happening at the end of my lease was that a new manager had taken over the property and was trying to make it a place were the lesser type people could move in. When I moved in they were a little choosy with who they move in there. I started to see 99 dollars moves you in signs out front all the time which I never saw there before. After that the property started getting trouble makers for residents. To bad because those are nice apartments and if kept up could be for many years to come.
