Below is my original review, but I just couldn't live with myself if I didn't update. I've lived here for 6 months now, and thank God I only signed a 7 month lease. I cannot stand living here with all the bugs! It got so bad I had to pay and hire my own outside exterminator (so at least now when I come home from work the roaches are already dead). Also, I have a dog (as do a lot of other residents here). My dog is on heavy flea control and she goes to the vet on a monthly basis (so I know the fleas did not come from her). I had to send my dog to stay at my parents house because the fleas are so bad. I wish that I could post pictures on here, because for 2 months now I've looked like a leper from all the flea bites that I got! I had to leave my apartment and let my exterminator spray for the fleas, and it was so bad he told me to leave the spray-stuff on my floors for 3 days! Thank God the spray worked, and there's no more fleas inside my apartment, but now I have scars all over my feet and legs from all of the bites that I got. No matter how many times I complained before, the people in the office wouldn't do anything about the bugs. I am not a dirty person, and moreover I don't even keep food in my apartment because I'm almost never home, so the only thing I can think of is just that these apartments love bugs. OMG while I was writing this I went to do some laundry and there was a roach in my empty washing machine! I just can't stand living here anymore.

Oh, by the way, I still stand by everything I said below in my original posting. If it weren't for the bugs this would be a pretty nice place to live... Oooh one more thing, the gate NEVER works. Of the six months I've been here, the gate's only been operational for 1 week.

"I just moved in recently, but I really like my apartment. I did read the reviews about the hole in the fence, but my apartment is on the other side of the property and I haven't had any problems. This is a great complex for the money. I have the larger 1bdrm/1bath, and I love having a big laundry room and a good sized closet. I thought about renting a carport or garage, but decided against it to save some money. There is plenty of parking available, and I'm always able to get a spot right outside my unit so I can see my car from the window. I also love how quiet it is... there's never any noise from the neighbors (although maybe I just lucked out and got great neighbors). The only time I ever hear anything is when the kids in the apartment above me run around on weekends. But other than that it's very quiet. I also like how the complex gives you 3 days to pay the rent with no penalty until the 4th day. That's very helpful since I don't get paid til the 1st of the month."

I have a dog and he does not have fleas, maybe house keeping issues???
