live on parking side. Noisy especially from the other apartment complex. You can DEFINATLEY hear your neighbors doing their buisness, if you know what I mean. So the insulation is very poor due to the fact that it is a newer complex. Don't even think about playing tennis. The kids have ruled that court with broken glasss and skateboarding. They use to have basketball but it got a little on the hood side so they took them down. The other complex is a major problem with the holes in the fence and only one was repaired. The garbage is nasty at times piling up mounds. They could and should have more than one trash area. You will pay for water, cable, pest, trash, everything. Honestly, don't live on parking lot side if you can but know you pay more for the lake view. If that's what you call it. For the price, it's not owrth it. I am paid 635 for 3rd floor now its 659 and I begged for that price I am sure onc emy lease is up it will go up another 20 or 30 and that I will not pay.
