I've lived here since Aug. 2004 and have been pretty happy. If you start looking for an apartment early, you will be able to choose which place you'd like as the apartments become available. We got an apt. on a corner of the third floor and are very happy.
I admit that if I lived near the constantly overflowing dumpster, I would not be happy as well as by the tennis courts because there are always kids playing there.
The rent is high and that is the only reason we'll be moving out when our lease is up. Also, they've entered my apt. four times for issues with the fire alarms in the last month or two and that has been extremely inconvenient since I have two cats and feel bad confining them to one room all day while I'm gone.
I do recommend this apartment but I admit I think we've been lucky. We don't use the tennis courts and we live in a building with quiet people.

I have had no problems with my neighbors in the building I live in either. The tenants I have met or dealt with seem very pleasant. Sadly, most of the other aspects of the property are not pleasant. I'm afraid my 3 years here are finally over and I can't fairly recommend this place to anyone as I have seen it spiral downward over that time period into what is now a place in a very sad state of disrepair with staff that do not care and continuously cycle out.

I agree. First year here was great, I liked it very much. Also, the alarms and such were because they were trying to find out whom had pets without paying pet rent. This was per the office.
