I have been here almost 4 yrs. Sure I can complain about something but it is nothing I would not complian about anywhere else. All these people are complaining because they expect the leasing office to make other people behave. Good luck there. Considering the fact that I live in an apartment in Tampa (a big city), I am satisfied. If you want to feel safer, move to a small town, if you want quieter, buy a house, if you want cheaper pick a different area to live, until then stop complaining. If you'll notice the whiners won't give there names. Sable Palms is not perfect by far, but its not bad. The office staff is nice, I do not have a problem with bugs, it is in a good location and reasonably priced. I have never had a problem with maintenance, they always come with in a day or so, considering it is not an emergency. We are going on our 4th year and I plan to renew my lease.

I agree with the no problem about bugs. Other than that, this review misses the mark by a longshot. You won't renew when you get your notice on rental price increase. And no, the issues with the gate, trash and lighting are not the problem with other tenants. I have no complaints about other tenants. Enjoy your stay, you are welcome to it and your opinion as well. You can have my apartment, it will be empty come the end of February. I can live in a by the month hotel with cleaning services for less.

It's none of anyones business what our names are, it's called privacy act. I am sure you're the management writing this review so lets not play games with the fictitious names. How about give your apartment number so we can all discuss the issues written here. If you are low budget you wil live here and acceot your choices as well.

serioualy quit whinning. I am not the management but I am in the business so I understand how hard it is to make EVERYONE happy. It is an apartment, if you thin you can offer better then build one and good luck.
