Very poor staff - If you ever have questions or a problem - you must go into the office. They NEVER pick up the phone and NEVER return phone calls. They provide misinformation on SIMPLE things and then you - the tenant- are penalized because you did not demand management staff put it in writing.... Unbelievable rent increase upon renweal - 05/04 - $618 monthly rent for 1 bedroom 05/05 - increase to $638.00 - renewal for 02/06 $796.00. I am told this is market value - NOT WORTH IT!!!!

As a fellow resident that also just recieved the ludicrous request for an increase in rent of $111 per month, only a fat, juicy 16% increase, I can only agree with this review. The opinions on the staff are also correct. I have also been told by certain staff members that this is the worst property Equity has in the area and all workers here immediately seek to relocate to another property.

I'm agreeing with this review, the staff doesn't know anything; they don't help when you need assistance. I can't wait to move out. I requested to clean the out side with water pressure since last November, they only give me excuses, outside my apartment look like the projects, is dirty and full of trash. I pay over 1,000.00 a month for my three bedroom apartment however the management doesn't care about the residents............The only person who was helpfull and understanding was kim and unfurtunate she is not longer working in this property
